Jelly Roll Friendly Quilt Pattern
I am excited to announce I have designed my very first quilt pattern, it is a jelly roll friendly quilt pattern. The pattern does not have a name yet, as it comes together I am sure the quilt will name itself. I was actually excited to cut out this fabric, which you know isn’t usually something for which i get excited. I mentioned this fabric a few weeks ago about the incredible customer service from Connecting Threads. I know this doesn’t look like much, but it will become my very first quilt created from a pattern designed by myself. I have sketched this pattern out on graph paper a few different times and made modifications to the design and then gone back to the original design. I finally figured out how to use Adobe Illustrator to see what the quilt pattern would look like in a twin size. I hope to finish piecing the blocks together this weekend and then I need to determine the sashing.
I hope to do more Quilt Pattern designs, I have a few sketched out in my graph paper pad and I need to move them over to Adobe Illustrator to see them in color and make quick modifications. I will figure out how to create a PDF version of this pattern and post it on here for anyone that would like to make this easy, begginer and jelly roll friendly quilt pattern.
